黄长军，男，工学博士，教授，硕士生导师、国家注册测绘师，现任市政与测绘工程学院测量实验中心主任、益阳市自然科学学科学术带头人、益阳市专家联合会专家组成员、湖南省青年骨干教师、测绘工程省级一流专业负责人。
主要从事InSAR数据处理及其形变分析的教学科研工作，近年来，主持或参与国家自然科学基金及省部级科研项目8项，横向科研项目40余项。发表SCI/EI学术论文30余篇，获国家专利授权3项，出版学术专著1部。目前担任《测绘学报》、《光学学报》、《武汉大学学报（信息科学版）》、《Remote Sensing》、《IET Image Processing》和《Natural Hazards》等多个学术期刊审稿人。
主要研究方向：地面沉陷及滑坡监测、InSAR数据处理及形变监测、地下空间地层变形监测及预测等。
