周晓红，女，博士，教授，2017年中南大学化学与化学工程学院制药工程专业博士毕业，现任湖南城市学院材料与化学工程学院环境生物系教师，承担湖南省自然科学基金项目等省级级项目及横向项目2项，发表SCI论文8篇，现任益阳市标准化专家库成员，全国茶叶标准化委员会观察员，作为主要起草人参与地方标准制定2项。
